Product Description:

Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels are composed of diamond abrasives, a resin bond, and auxiliary materials. The abrasives are natural or synthetic diamond particles, ranging in grit size from D80# to D3000#. The bond is primarily phenolic resin, with fillers such as silicon carbide powder and fluorite powder added for enhanced performance. Some products incorporate a fiberglass mesh reinforcement layer, optimizing abrasive volume concentration to balance grinding efficiency and tool life.

Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels offer exceptionally high surface finish quality. Thanks to their excellent self-sharpening properties and the inherent elasticity of the resin bond, they effectively absorb grinding vibrations, resulting in extremely low surface roughness (Ra),  preventing surface damage such as burns and micro-cracks on the workpiece, and ensuring perfect machining integrity.

  Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels also offer the advantages of low grinding forces and temperatures. Their sharp cutting characteristics reduce grinding resistance and energy consumption. Combined with coolant, they effectively control the temperature of the grinding zone, making them particularly suitable for machining heat-sensitive materials.
